After a decade of activity on the Swedish market, Hoyer Transmissions is now a well-established, well-known supplier with a good position in the market. And a loyal circle of customers, several of whom have been on board right from the start, gradually building up their business with the firm.
In late summer, Hoyer came to the rescue when a gearmotor failed at the brewery Nuuk Imeq in Greenland. Nuuk Imeq is a beer and soft drinks brewery consisting of one bottling line. This means that a stop anywhere on the line will bring the entire brewery to a standstill.
For Svend Hoyer A/S (Hoyer), the days of crisis are over despite the worsened international financial crisis which is clearly felt in the markets where Hoyer operates. The company is now stronger than ever. The global economic downturn was an excellent opportunity for Hoyer to change its strategic focus, including strengthening its product offering and introducing new initiatives globally.
Lars Mogensen is appointed new Quality Manager of Svend Hoyer A/S (Hoyer). Lars has several years of quality management experience from Danish companies with international activities and particularly with the Chinese market.
